Refund policy

I strive to provide quality work and service, and that you are happy with your new art! If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. You can then return the damaged work for us to exchange a new one if it’s available. 

If your piece was a commissioned work there are no refunds or exchanges. All sale commissions are final, as you are given the chance to make changes during the development process.
